I combine a mix of data and qualitative methods like Usability Testing and contextual Enquiry to improve business outcomes

UX|UI & Strategy
Good Designs are outcome of understanding the core - Articulation of the problem to be solved and understanding user's mental models.
I then use tools in my UX tooltkit to create multiple navigational models, UX flows, wireframes and eventually detailed UI designs with systems.
Design Thinking
Have conducted more than 70+ Workshops for offices, corporates, colleges and schools.
Currently applying the principles of Design Thinking on Social Impact Design projects.
